The Jorgy's wedding post

Here we are on our special day. Can you believe it was December? The exact date was December 14, 1995. We are going on 13 years. It's crazy how time flies. We met at Casper's Ice Cream Factory, he was the mix man and I was the cleaning lady. I always though he was dang hot in his tight "Guess" jeans and hot pink t-shirt. Since he was taking his own sweet time asking me out I decided to take the initiative and ask him first. I really was surprised he said yes because when I went to work I was in chore boots, sweat pants, t-shirt and a hairnet (not the cutest outfit I had). We went to a play at our Alma matter, Sky View, and had ice cream afterward. I had a great time and I think he did too but I never heard from him again. We would talk at Caspers but he never asked me out. About 1 1/2 months later I was thinking of asking someone out again and was debating between Joe and another guy. I was doubling with my sister again and her date was older so she encouraged me to ask Joe. I really didn't think he would say yes, but he did. After that, it was all him in the asking out department, it was even him when he broke up with me "just to make sure our feelings were genuine", I think he just wanted to date other girls. After about 10 days of separation he knew he couldn't live without me and we got back together. After a few more months of dating we were engaged and then married. It was a perfect day and really nothing went wrong, until coming home from the honeymoon (but that is a whole other post). No one needed their coats, it seemed more like May than December. I can truly say I have married my best friend and I couldn't ask for a better guy to be my eternal companion. Like I said 12 years and 4 kids later we are having the time of our lives and wouldn't go back to being single again.
