I'm going to follow Michelle's example and ask about doctors. We just changed insurance companies and need to find a new pediatrician or family practice physician. Any of you have a recommendation?

Hi there, we are fairly new in the ward and I thought I'd leave our recommendation. We go to Dr. Allred. A close friend of ours told us he was an LDS doctor and recommended him when we moved here last year. All of her family goes to him. It's a family pratice, and his office is at the Tanner Clinic on Antelope. Hope that helps.
We just started going to Dr. Nye at Tanner clinic in Syracuse for our pediatrician and I really like him, but we always have to wait for a long time when we go so I may be looking for another new one too.
I love Dr. Hobbs at Tanner Clinic. She's sooooo great!!! The only Dr. who helped me when I came home from the mission!
Thanks for all the suggestions...BUT...we can't go to the Tanner Clinic anymore. That's where we were going previously. Any others?? This is annoying...I hate dealing with insurance. It's one problem after another. But I am thankful to have it, even though it costs us a LOAD.
We go to Dr. Silas at the Wee Care Pediatrics office in Syrause. They also have a main office right next to Davis Hospital which we used to go to until Dr. Silas moved to a new office in Syracuse and we followed. I have always been happy with them and the office by the hospital is open 24/7 so that is the main reason I chose them. They took our UnitedHealthcare insurance and thankfully also our new Aetna insurance. Hope that helps!
We also go to wee care-I've gone to Dr. Fennell but I can't get to him in an emergency (need to see him that day). Dr. Silas-I've been to also. Most of the Dr.'s at Wee Care are pretty good.
We got to Wee Care also and love the 24/7 option. Our Dr. is Pruitt he is in the Roy office. (we followed him when he moved also)
